8月11日，市委分别召开老干部座谈会和党外人士座谈会，征求老干部、民主党派、工商联和无党派人士对市委二届八次全会文件的意见建议。市委书记何宗静主持会议并讲话。市领导侯必仲、陈瑞燕、阮晓琼、方文彬分别参加座谈。 会上，与会老干部、各民主党派、工商联和无党派人士代表紧紧围绕市委二届八次全会文件有关内容，就经济稳进提质、产业转型升级、交通路网建设、招商引资、基层治理等方面提出意见建议。大家一致认为，市委二届八次全会报告和《决定》主题鲜明、思路清晰、数据详实、措施具体，具有很强的指导性和可操作性。
何宗静认真记录，不时与大家互动交流，并对大家的恳切建言表示感谢。在认真听取发言后，何宗静说，大家提出的意见建议站位高、点题准、建议实，充分体现了对龙港党委政府工作的关心支持。有关部门要逐条梳理、认真研究，充分吸纳到全会有关文件中，并融入市委市政府下步具体工作部署中，切实把大家的真知灼见转化为龙港创新发展、共富先行的具体举措和实际成效。
何宗静强调，下半年是冲刺“十四五”规划收官之年、谋划“十五五”发展的关键期，也是龙港交出设市“新五年、新征程”首考答卷的攻坚期。希望老干部发挥熟悉本地情况、资历经验丰富的优势，一如既往关心、支持和参与龙港改革发展，进一步建真言、献良策，为市委市政府科学决策提供重要参考。希望党外人士在政治引领聚共识上发挥更大作用，在建言献策助发展上扛起更大担当，在实干争先作示范上实现更大突破，始终与市委同题共答、同频共振，共同谱写“改革名城·瓯越明珠”新篇章。
